They upgraded my room and gave me very spacious room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Also had nice view from my room. They also accommodated my request to add a heater to my room as I was visiting in December and needed some extra warmth. In general, all the staff were very helpful and polite. All things considered, I think this hotel is one of the best values for the money you could find in Amritsar.
