5/5 – Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommended I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk team was friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches—like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and a super cozy bed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything was always in perfect order when I returned to the room. One of the highlights was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. They upgraded my room and gave me very spacious room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Also had nice view from my room. They also accommodated my request to add a heater to my room as I was visiting in December and needed some extra warmth. In general, all the staff were very helpful and polite. All things considered, I think this hotel is one of the best values for the money you could find in Amritsar.
